Als het juweel én op voorraad én in de gewenste maat is, verstuur ik het natuurlijk bijna meteen ;)

Indien het juweel in de gewenste maat niet in voorraad is, is de duurtijd afhankelijk van eventuele bestellingen van materiaal, giet- en/of zetwerk. Normaliter bedraagt de duurtijd maximaal 6 weken, dus korter kan ook ;) De duurtijd schommelt daarom dus soms, of, tijdens drukke periodes. In elk geval: zodra ik het verstuur, weet jij het ook!

IIf the jewel is both in stock and in the desired size, I'll naturally dispatch it almost immediately ;)

If the jewel in the desired size is not in stock, the duration depends on any orders for materials, casting, and/or stone setting work. Normally, the duration is a maximum of 6 weeks, so it could be shorter too ;) The duration may vary at times, especially during busy periods. In any case, as soon as I dispatch it, you'll know too!

Als je een fout gemaakt hebt in je bestelling, neem dan de dag zelf contact op met mij via mirdanjewels@gmail.com .

Als ik het juweel nog niet ben beginnen maken, kan de fout rechtgezet worden.

Bij aankoop in de webshop hebt u het recht om op uw beslissing terug te komen gedurende een periode van 14 kalenderdagen te tellen vanaf de dag van bestelling. Na retour van de aangekochte goederen, in originele staat, zonder beschadiging of gedragen te zijn, wordt u binnen de 14 dagen terugbetaald mits schriftelijk akkoord van Mirdan Jewels welke eerste de retourbestelling zal controleren op het voldoen aan deze voorwaarden.

Oorringen worden in principe nooit aanvaard voor omruiling omwille van hygiënische redenen behoudens schriftelijk akkoord van Mirdan Jewels onverminderd het voldoen aan de beschreven voorwaarden.

Juwelen die op maat zijn gemaakt of aangepast werden voor de klant kunnen niet geruild worden.De verzendkosten van het retourpakket zijn ten laste van de klant en het pakket dient steedsaangetekendverzonden te worden om veiligheidsredenen.

When purchasing from the online shop, you have the right to change your mind within a period of 14 calendar days from the day of ordering. After the return of the purchased goods, in their original condition, without damage or being worn, you will be refunded within 14 days, subject to written agreement from Mirdan Jewels, which will first check the return order for compliance with these conditions. Earrings are generally not accepted for exchange for hygienic reasons, unless there is a written agreement from Mirdan Jewels, without prejudice to meeting the specified conditions. Custom-made or altered jewelry for the customer cannot be exchanged. The shipping costs of the return package are at the customer's expense, and the package must always be sent by registered mail.

Alle juwelen worden tijdens het productieproces manueel vervaardigd en gecontroleerd op kwaliteit. 

Om beroep te doen op de garantie, moet de klant het aankoopbewijs voorleggen en wordt de garantie toegepast na akkoord en in onderling overleg met Mirdan Jewels.

Garantie is nooit van toepassing op defecten die zijn ontstaan door incorrect gebruik, ongelukken, verwaarlozing of het niet naleven van de gebruiksinstructies.

Garantie is ook nooit van toepassing op artikelen met een kortere levensduur die onderhevig zijn aan slijtage zoals zachtere halfedelstenen, parels en dergelijke. Defecten die zich manifesteren na 1 (één) jaar worden niet aanvaard als zijnde een gebrek aan het juweel.

All jewelry is manually manufactured and checked for quality during the production process. To claim the warranty, the customer must present the purchase receipt, and the warranty is applied after agreement and in mutual consultation with Mirdan Jewels. The warranty does not apply to defects caused by incorrect use, accidents, neglect, or failure to comply with the instructions for use. Warranty is also not applicable to items with a shorter lifespan subject to wear and tear, such as softer gemstones, pearls, and the like. Defects that manifest after 1 (one) year are not accepted as a flaw in the jewelry.
