Shipments

The shipping costs are borne by the customer. The customer is kept informed via a track & trace link delivered by email. The packages are always sent insured. Mirdan Jewels cannot be held responsible if a delivery does not take place or is not timely, nor for damage and/or the loss of ordered goods. Additionally, there can be no refund or compensation awarded by Mirdan Jewels in such cases. In such situations, the customer should contact the shipping company directly.
